Anna is a graduate of University of Houston Bauer College of Business with a concentration in Marketing and Entrepreneurship and Houston Community College’s Filmmaking Program. She has worked on national commercial projects with clients like Ford to 16mm independent feature films. Anna recently received an internship with Sony USA, won the 2018 Women in Film and Television Hurricane Harvey Scholarship from the Dallas and Houston Chapters, and achieved HCC Student Filmmaker of the Year for her dedication and hard work in the program. She has worked on projects with various filmmakers such as Kristin Massa (Bend Until You Break), Derrick Fury (Lion Killer, Ner’do Wells), as well as directed her own projects (Jenny Saves, Trapped, and Mr. Tousi and the Chili Cook-Off). She is a devoted storyteller with an organization streak, and her recent short film For My Monolidded Girls, recently screened at the Women Texas Film Festival!
