It’s #femalefilmmakerfriday which means it’s time for our feature film update! So excited to announce 2 amazing additions to our cast: Reece Everett Ryan and Mai Le! Reece is taking on the expanded role of Owen who plays Jenny’s love-interest and Mai is taking on the role of Drea, Jenny’s best friend. Excited to continue working with the incredible Juliana DeStefano as Jenny!

Reece’s bio: Reece Everett Ryan is best known for TURNT (2018) on Facebook Watch and the feature film COLOSSAL YOUTH (2018). Born and raised in Austin, Reece started his acting training when he was 5 years old at Zachary Scott Theater. As a teenager, he split his time between Los Angeles and Austin and officially moved to L.A. when he turned 18.
Mai’s bio: Shortly after receiving her BA in Theatre from Steven F. Austin State University, Mai Le moved to Houston in the summer of 2013. Since then, she’s been seen around the local entertainment scene in theatre productions and readings, film festivals, commercials, and web ads. She is a member of Comedy Hub Houston’s sketch comedy group. Her most recent show, Rogue Production’s TWO MILE HOLLOW, closed early February, and she is gearing up for Next Iteration Ensemble’s Intercultural Reading Series, where she’ll be acting in WE, THE INVISIBLES in early April.
